Description of Service

Hanergy provides a Home Assistant add-on for smart solar surplus management. The Service enables automated control of energy loads based on available solar surplus.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Licensing

Hanergy is available under the following tiers:

• Free: Up to 2 devices, no cost
• Pro: Up to 10 devices, one-time purchase
• Max: Unlimited devices, one-time purchase

Limitation of Liability

Hanergy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
